This is a Horico Diaclean Dressing Stone.
DIACLEAN STONE
Horico-Diaclean is for removal of debris on diamond instruments.
1. Dip DIACLEAN in water and moisten well.
2. By drilling or grinding moisten DIACLEAN with the clogged instrument, all foreign material will be removed within 1 to 3 seconds.
3. Use DIACLEAN only on diamond coated surfaces.
